At Sound Artifacts Vintage LLC, we take pride in offering curated vintage and pre-owned items. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and often decades old, all sales are handled with care and transparency. Please read our return policy below before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique and delicate nature of vintage items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review all product photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, feel free to contact us prior to checkout at soundartifactsvintage@gmail.com.

Vintage Condition Notice

All items sold by Sound Artifacts Vintage LLC are vintage, pre-owned, or secondhand, and therefore may show signs of:

• Age-related wear
   

• Fading, discoloration, or patina
   

• Minor marks or imperfections
   

• Fabric or material variations
   

• Historic repairs or alterations
   

These characteristics are considered normal for vintage goods and are not eligible reasons for return.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, Sound Artifacts Vintage LLC is not responsible for:

• Packages lost in transit
   

• Stolen packages
   

• Delayed deliveries
   

• Damage caused by the carrier
   

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photos of the damage
   

• Photos of the packaging
   

• Your order number
   

We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Errors

If you believe you received the incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at soundartifactsvintage@gmail.com so we can review and resolve the issue.

To be considered for review, the item must be:

• Unused
   

• In the same condition it was received
   

• Accompanied by original packaging and order information
   

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory errors or other issues on our end. In such cases, you will be notified immediately and refunded using your original payment method.
